Łukasz Buczko is a lawyer – the owner of the office. He graduated with distinction from the attorney apprenticeship at the Izba Adwokacka in Wrocław.
He gained extensive experience in providing legal services to business entities and providing legal assistance to individuals.
He successfully represented the parties from law enforcement agencies, fiscal control authorities, common courts and the Supreme Court.
He is entered in the Candidate Database kept by the Ministry of the Treasury as a person authorized to be a member of the supervisory board of State Treasury companies.
Advocate Łukasz Buczko is a graduate of the University of Wrocław, Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, majoring in Stationary Law Studies. He defended his master’s thesis entitled “Merger of limited liability companies” with a very good result written under the guidance of prof. dr hab. Elwira Marszałkowska-Krześ.
Before starting individual practice, lawyer Łukasz Buczko worked for renowned law firms from Warsaw and Wrocław.
He co-founded and actively participated in the development of the first law firm in Poland located in a shopping mall in Wrocław.
He is also a graduate of the Postgraduate Studies in Copyright, Publishing and Press Law at the Jagiellonian University which he completed with a very good result.
As a copyright specialist in Wroclaw, he used his knowledge in a copyright dispute regarding the design of one of the tallest buildings in Poland. He also won, by changing the current representative of the commune, a dispute regarding copyrights to the construction project.
Professionally, Advocate Łukasz Buczko is interested in criminal law, civil law and intellectual property law.
